Up to 1.5 inches of rain possible in Fargo-Moorhead by Sunday Night

With the river at its cresting point in Fargo-Moorhead, another threat looms: rain. The latest forecast models from the Hydrometeorological Prediction Center show 3/4 of an inch of rain in the southern valley, as previous forecast models predicted. However, the model now shows Fargo-Moorhead receiving up to 1.5 inches of rain fall by Sunday night.
